Introducing the TeSys T Motor Management System, a state-of-the-art solution specifically designed for critical processes in industries such as Wastewater Treatment, Oil & Gas, and Mining. The system offers comprehensive motor monitoring, control, and protection when combined with short-circuit protection devices and contactors. With exclusive predictive capabilities and easy-to-use commissioning tools, the system aims to reduce downtime and save energy, ensuring operational efficiency. Comprised of three main components – a main controller, optional expansion modules, and an HMI – TeSys T provides communication features, current-based protection and monitoring, voltage, power, and energy monitoring/management features, and flexible monitoring and commissioning options. With its integration into Advantys STB solutions and support for a wide range of communication protocols, including Modbus/TCP, EtherNet/IP, Modbus, CANopen, DeviceNet, and PROFIBUS DP, TeSys T offers exceptional flexibility. Covering a current range from 0.4A to 1000A, the system accommodates both IEC and NEMA applications, and for currents above 100A, an external Current Transformer is used. With its advanced control scheme and seamless integration into the Model 6 iMCC, TeSys T simplifies installation, reduces the need for auxiliary equipment, saves space, and cuts costs. Complementing this system is the Schneider Electric LTMCC004 Motor Management, a motor controller connector cable for the LTMR module. It features two RJ45 connectors and measures 0.04 meters, enhancing the functionality of the TeSys T system.
