We would like to inform you that PT Schneider Indonesia will be releasing a New Price List (2025 Price List) with the following details:

1. Type of Price List

   • 2025 Price List

   • 2025 Retail Price List

2. Partner Types:

   • Panel Builder

   • Contractor

   • System Integrator (EcoXpert)

3. Validity:
   Effective starting February 1, 2025

4. Price Terms:
   Prices are exclusive of VAT

5. Project Purchases:
   a. Project purchases using the 2024 Price List must be submitted no later than January 28, 2025 (received by the distributor of PT Schneider Indonesia).
   b. After the specified date, project purchases will follow the 2025 Price List.

6. Price Adjustment Mechanism for Orders Before February 1, 2025:
   a. The 2025 price adjustment rules apply to all project orders made before January 28, 2025 (including orders from 2024).
   b. All invoices/bills will be subject to VAT according to the applicable regulations at that time.
